Return & Exchange Policy

MMFDesigns LLC wants you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our apparel products are produced or pressed after an order is placed, our return and exchange policy is as follows.
Size Changes
Size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
Size exchanges are subject to product and size availability and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange unless the exchange is required because of an error by MMFDesigns LLC.
Please review the size information provided on the product page before ordering.
Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong size.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at help.mmfdesignsllc@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the problem when applicable.
If MMFDesigns LLC determines that the product is defective, damaged, or was produced or shipped incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Before Returning an Item
Please do not mail merchandise back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address after your return or exchange request has been approved.
