About Us
MMFDesigns is a small independent apparel business based on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. I create original clothing and merchandise built around the things we know, enjoy, and actually relate to. My first line is based around the area that I call home.
I'm not a big apparel company, and that’s intentional. Designs are developed here, shirts are pressed to order, and packages are put together by me rather than sent to an anonymous print-on-demand warehouse.
Each of my brands has its own personality, but they all come from the same place: creating things I’d actually want to wear and hopefully making something that feels familiar to somebody else too.
MMFDesigns LLC is based in Hebron, Maryland and is the home of Backroads & Bay Water and our other original apparel brands.
Made Differently
We’re not interested in filling a catalog with hundreds of generic designs. MMFDesigns develops original concepts in small collections and produces apparel in small runs or to order.
Shirts are pressed and finished here on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, allowing us to focus on the details, test new ideas, and grow the collections based on what our customers actually enjoy.
